All of us at Varsity would like to thank all of our apprentices and employers who helped us achieve our first OFSTED rating. For a small, specialised provider like Varsity, especially as we take our learner-centred focus so seriously, being formally GOOD, is an incredible achievement and we could only have done it with all of your support.  Also,  a shout out for the hard work put in from the Varsity Team – you know who you are, and one of our new governors, Kevin who traveled down especially to support us with the inspection.

Bigger organisations have dedicated departments just solely to prepare for OFSTED but we managed it all with our perfectly formed team, and just showing genuinely what we do –  yay us!
