Alis is an experienced educator with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics Education with QTS and is currently completing a Master’s in Psychology. She is passionate about empowering learners and creating learning environments where every individual is supported to thrive.

With nearly 20 years of experience across primary and secondary settings – including mainstream and alternative provision – Alis has worked in a range of roles, including Teaching Assistant, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Qualified Mathematics Teacher, Deputy Head of Maths, and Leading Practitioner. Throughout her career, she has led curriculum and assessment improvements, designed and delivered targeted intervention programmes, and supported learners, teachers, and support staff to develop safe, inclusive, and effective learning environments.

Alis’s work is underpinned by a strong commitment to high-quality education, inclusive practice, and achieving positive outcomes for all learners.
