As an experienced business leader and co-founder of the Education Training Group—which includes Varsity Training—David has dedicated his career to driving sustainable impact across schools, organisations, and communities.

Under his leadership, the Education Training Group has supported the development of over 5,000 schools and 80,000 teachers, positively influencing the lives of more than two million children. Today, Varsity Training operates at the intersection of three vital sectors that form the backbone of society – education, healthcare, and business – delivering innovative, impactful training programmes and apprenticeships across the UK and internationally.

A former Fast-Track teacher and in-demand keynote speaker, David regularly addresses national and international conferences, including events hosted by leading Multi-Academy Trusts and global Schools Groups. His talks on curriculum, pedagogy, and artificial intelligence (AI) are known for blending vision with practical insight, always with a focus on real-world outcomes.

David has worked with schools, the NHS and organisations across the UK, UAE, Europe, and China, advising on leadership development, curriculum innovation, and long-term strategies for educational excellence.
