What learners say about Hilary...

Hilary has been an incredible source of inspiration and belief, I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better tutor and mentor throughout this time. Your ability to adapt to my life changes with grace and determination to support me in completing has been commendable, and you have been a guidance throughout this level 5 apprenticeship. I am forever grateful for your positive influence, your kindness and your belief in me.

Healthcare Provider Apprentice

My colleague has grown in knowledge, skills, and abilities, and a real significant factor for this has been her apprenticeship. While I never doubted her talents, looking at succession planning her hesitation has gone away, and her confidence and understanding has grown. It has been a delight to see this illustrated in her new management role. The apprenticeship has been fantastic and it has been really beneficial, not only for the apprentice but it has made my life easier as a manager too.
