Lisa has had an extensive career across Healthcare Management, Leadership and management, Early years, and Education.

Lisa has a passion for Education and is a qualified teacher, SENCo, Specialist in leaning difficulties and has been a leader in quality for over 13 years. Experience and skills span across classroom teach, apprenticeships, study programmes, supported internships, and traineeships.

Lisa is currently working towards a specialist diploma which will allow Lisa to Diagnose learning disabilities, thus breaking down barriers to learning for those learners who may struggle to access Education otherwise.

Supporting the development of those within the industry is what drives Lisa within the quality role. As well as seeing individuals achieve their learning goals.
