Stacey Croll

Assessor

Stacey is a highly experienced Health and Social Care Assessor with over 20 years of practical experience across Domiciliary, Community, and Residential Care settings. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals affected by trauma and complex safeguarding issues, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to person-centred care and protection.

In 2013, Stacey qualified as an Assistant Practitioner, working alongside community Allied Health Professionals and District Nurses to deliver effective, compassionate support. Her work in the Emergency Department focused on preventing unnecessary hospital admissions, ensuring that individuals received the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

Since achieving her Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement in 2021, Stacey has focused on developing and inspiring the next generation of Health and Social Care professionals. Her approach goes beyond assessment – combining expert knowledge with genuine empathy. She coaches and empowers apprentices to grow in confidence, build strong professional values, demonstrate resilience, and uphold integrity – enabling them to reach their full potential.

Stacey also holds a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling, which enhances her ability to support learners’ holistic and emotional well-being. Her passion for coaching, personal development, character building, and strong communication skills helps learners not only achieve their qualifications but also develop into confident, compassionate practitioners who make a real difference in the lives of others.
